What it is
8cm Crystal Ball with Stand is a polished gemstone sphere of about 11.5 x 8 x 8cm supplied with a stand. A sphere shows off the colour and inner pattern of a stone from every angle.
A neutral finish fits easily into any room or altar. Styling: neutral tones disappear into a room, letting what's inside take the attention.
From the maker: Look in to the future with this small 8cm diameter crystal ball. In many spiritual traditions, pieces like this are used as a focus for meditation, reflection and setting intentions.
Materials and size
Size: approximately 11.5 x 8 x 8cm, weighing about 715g. Allow for small variations between batches.
Traditional uses
Spheres have a long history in scrying, the practice of gazing into a reflective surface for insight; clear crystal balls were used for this in medieval and Victorian Europe. In modern crystal practice a sphere is said to radiate energy evenly in all directions, which is why spheres are often placed at the centre of a room or altar. We share these as cultural traditions and personal beliefs only, never as health claims.
How to use it
Display it on its stand away from the edge of a shelf.
Try a few minutes of quiet gazing, letting your thoughts settle.
Keep spheres out of strong sunlight: a clear sphere can focus light like a lens.
Placement idea: a windowsill that catches the morning light (but not harsh midday sun) shows off colour and inclusions beautifully.
Desk idea: keep it beside your keyboard as a cue to pause, breathe and look away from the screen for a moment.
Bedside idea: some people hold a stone for a minute before sleep and set one small intention for the next day.
Care
Handle with dry hands and set it down on a gentle spot.
Who it suits
A good choice for collectors who love the full colour of a stone.
