What it is
My Crystal Ball Says... Metal Sign is a polished gemstone sphere of about 34 x 20 x 0.2cm. A sphere shows off the colour and inner pattern of a stone from every angle.
From the maker: Wisdom can always be found whilst gazing into the crystal ball and this tin sign is no different with it's sassy statement 'My Crystal Ball Says You're Full of Sh*t'.A great piece for anyone who likes to say it like it is. Comes complete with a twine string ready for hanging.
Materials and size
Size: approximately 34 x 20 x 0.2cm, weighing about 142g. Allow for small variations between batches.
Traditional uses
In modern crystal practice a sphere is said to radiate energy evenly in all directions, which is why spheres are frequently placed at the centre of a room or altar. Spheres have a long history in scrying, the practice of gazing into a reflective base for insight; clear crystal balls were used for this in medieval and Victorian Europe. We share these as cultural traditions and personal beliefs only, never as health claims.
How to use it
Display it on its stand away from the edge of a shelf.
Try a few minutes of quiet gazing, letting your thoughts settle.
Keep spheres out of strong sunlight: a clear sphere can focus light like a lens.
Bathroom caution: keep softer or water-sensitive stones out of steamy rooms.
Children: small stones and points are not toys for under-threes, as they are a choking hazard.
Photography tip: natural daylight on an overcast day shows a stone's true colour best.
Care
Handle with dry hands and set it down on a soft surface.
Who it suits
Ideal for collectors who love the full colour of a stone. At £14.99 it also works as a small add-on gift or stocking filler.
