How much is delivery, how long does it take, and can I return items?
Short answer: UK delivery is £3.95, free on orders over £40, and usually arrives in 2–5 working days. We deliver to UK addresses only. You can cancel within 14 days of delivery: email hello@starseeduk.co.uk with your order number and we refund within 14 days of receiving the item back.

Returns and refunds
- You can cancel within 14 days of delivery under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
- Email hello@starseeduk.co.uk with your order number and we'll explain how to send the item back.
- Refunds are made within 14 days of us receiving the return.
- Faulty or damaged? Email a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll put it right. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
Natural items
Crystals, wood and handmade pieces vary in colour, size and pattern, so yours may differ slightly from the photo. That's part of their character, not a fault.
