How do I pay, and is Starseed UK a safe place to order from?
Short answer: Starseed UK is a UK online shop. You pay by debit or credit card, or the wallets Shopify supports, through secure Shopify checkout; we never see your card details. You get an order confirmation by email, and you can reach us any time at hello@starseeduk.co.uk.
How an order works
- Add items to your basket on the site.
- Review the basket: it shows delivery cost and how far you are from free delivery.
- Press checkout to go to Shopify's secure checkout page.
- Enter your address and pay; the full total, including delivery, is shown before you pay.
- Shopify emails your confirmation; we email again when it's on its way.
Privacy
Shopify processes your name, address, email and payment to fulfil the order. We don't use advertising cookies or third-party analytics tags. Your basket and saved items live on your own device.
Are you a physical shop?
No, Starseed UK is online only, with no shop to visit.

You can use the wallets that Shopify checkout offers for your device; card payment is always available.
Can I change my order after placing it?
