Today many readers use tarot for reflection: the imagery acts as a prompt to think through a question rather than a prediction. These are traditions and beliefs, described for interest, not health or medical claims.
How to use it
Start with a one-card daily draw or a three-card past–present–future spread.
Journal what each card brings to mind; meaning grows with practice.
Care idea: shuffle on a cloth to protect card edges.
Spread idea: a three-card spread (situation, challenge, advice) is a gentle place to start.
Journalling idea: keep a reading journal and revisit it at the next new moon.
Care
Shuffle lightly to steer clear of bending the edges.
