## Description

Yoga Moves Singing Bowl Set – White/Blue (10.7cm) is a ready-to-play singing bowl set (10.7cm): a bowl with the accessories you need to start, so you can play it the day it arrives.

From the maker: A compact singing bowl set designed to bring calm focus into yoga, meditation, and quiet moments at home. Made in India, the bowl measures 10.7 x 6 cm and weighs approximately 0.4 kg, making it comfortable to hold or place on its cushion.

Size: approximately 10.7cm, weighing about 0.4kg. Allow for small variations between batches.

## Traditions (belief, not health claims)

Singing bowls are connected with the Himalayan region, including Nepal, Tibet and northern India, where metal bowls have long been made by hand-hammering or casting. In meditation practice, a bowl is struck at the start and end of a sitting, and the fading tone is used as a point of focus. We share these as cultural traditions and personal beliefs only, never as health claims.

## How to use

- Rest the bowl on its cushion on a flat base or your open palm.
- Strike the side softly with the mallet, then slowly circle the rim with steady pressure until the bowl begins to sing.
- Keep your fingers off the walls of the bowl, which mute the sound.
- Gifting idea: a ready-to-play set is a thoughtful present for a yoga teacher or a friend starting meditation.
- Display idea: between sessions, a bowl on its cushion makes a striking shelf or altar piece.
- Session idea: strike once at the start of a meditation and let the tone fade completely before you begin.

## Care

- Wipe with a dry, smooth cloth after handling to remove fingerprints.
