Unlike tarot, oracle decks set their own number of cards and meanings, explained in the guidebook. Ravens are Odin's messengers Huginn and Muninn, 'thought' and 'memory', in Norse myth, and legend says the kingdom will fall if the ravens leave the Tower of London. From the maker: The Urban Crow oracle card deck by MJ Cullinane includes a 54-card deck and guidebook centered on the wisdom and behaviors of crows, offering insights from their mysterious world. Each card in the deck illuminates a different aspect of crow behavior, inviting readers to learn from their intelligence and adaptability in various environments. Size: approximately 13.5 x 10 x 4cm, weighing about 340g. Allow for small variations between batches. ## Traditions (belief, not health claims) The Lenormand deck, named after the Parisian fortune-teller Marie Anne Lenormand, set the pattern of simple picture cards read in combination. Modern oracle decks often grow out of a theme, such as angels, the moon, animals or goddesses, and the artist’s imagery becomes the language of the reading. Traditional meanings are offered for interest and reflection, not as a health claim. ## How to use - Try a three-card draw for a gentle check-in: what to keep, what to release, what to explore. - At the new moon, draw a card as a theme for the month ahead and revisit it at the full moon. - Read the artwork first and the guidebook second; your own first impression is part of the practice. - Shuffle, draw one card and read its meaning in the guidebook. - Daily idea: draw a single card each morning and jot down one word it brings to mind. - Learning idea: work through the major arcana one card a day for 22 days. - Gifting idea: decks make lovely gifts; the folklore that you mustn't buy your own deck is just folklore. ## Care - Keep the deck in its box away from damp. ## Policies - Delivery: UK delivery £3.95, free over £40, 2–5 working days. UK addresses only. - Returns: You can cancel within 14 days of delivery under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations; email hello@starseeduk.co.uk to arrange a return and we refund within 14 days of receiving it back. - Payment: Payment is by debit or credit card (and the wallets Shopify supports) through secure Shopify checkout. ## Questions and answers (17) ### What is the Urban Crow Oracle Cards used for?
