Luck candles are often green, the folk colour of good fortune, and sometimes carry a horseshoe, clover or charm. Traditionally they are lit before a new venture, a test or a draw, often on the waxing moon. Pairing a luck candle with green aventurine, the 'gambler's stone', is a popular combination. The Wheel of Fortune is tarot's tenth major arcana card, an image of cycles, chance and the turning seasons of life. It is made from glazed ceramic, so wipe it clean rather than scrubbing and handle it with care. From the maker: This tarot-inspired trinket dish is perfect for holding jewellery, keys, and small treasures. Featuring an elegant Wheel of Fortune design with gold edging, this dish will add a touch of mysticism to any desk, vanity or side table. Size: approximately 2 x 11 x 16.5cm, weighing about 345g. Allow for small variations between batches. ## Traditions (belief, not health claims) On an altar, a small dish holds offerings, crystal chips, salt or a written intention. Little dishes on a dressing table are an old domestic habit: Victorian ring trees and pin trays kept treasures safe overnight. We share these as cultural traditions and personal beliefs only, never as health claims. ## How to use - For a luck ritual: pairing a luck candle with green aventurine, the 'gambler's stone', is a popular combination. - Use it on an altar for crystal chips or a tealight (ceramic dishes only). - Keep it by the bed or sink for rings and earrings. - Care idea: dust regularly and keep it away from direct heat and damp. - Display idea: odd numbers of objects (one, three or five) look most natural on a shelf. - Storage idea: a box or chest keeps cards, crystals and keepsakes together and dust-free. ## Care - Wipe clean with a damp cloth; hand wash only. ## Policies - Delivery: UK delivery £3.95, free over £40, 2–5 working days.
