## Description

The Waters Oracle Cards is a card deck for reflection and divination. Unlike tarot, oracle decks set their own number of cards and meanings, explained in the guidebook.

From the maker: Beautifully presented in a matching box and illustrated by Katie-Louise. In many spiritual traditions, pieces like this are used as a focus for meditation, reflection and setting intentions.

Size: approximately 13.8 x 10 x 4.7cm, weighing about 400g. Allow for small variations between batches.

## Traditions (belief, not health claims)

A single daily card used as a journal prompt is one of the most favourite ways to use an oracle deck. The Lenormand deck, named after the Parisian fortune-teller Marie Anne Lenormand, set the pattern of simple picture cards read in combination. These are traditions and beliefs, described for interest, not health or medical claims.

## How to use

- Write down what it brings to mind for the day ahead.
- Try a three-card draw for a gentle check-in: what to keep, what to release, what to explore.
- At the new moon, draw a card as a theme for the month ahead and revisit it at the full moon.
- Read the artwork first and the guidebook second; your own first impression is part of the practice.
- Daily idea: draw a single card each morning and jot down one word it brings to mind.
- Learning idea: work through the major arcana one card a day for 22 days.
- Gifting idea: decks make lovely gifts; the folklore that you mustn't buy your own deck is just folklore.

## Care

- Keep the deck in its box away from damp.
