The seven-chakra design maps the energy centres of yogic tradition from root to crown, each with its own colour. It is made from wood, so keep it dry and out of direct heat. From the maker: Enhance any space with this beautiful Chakra Wooden Energy Candle Holder. Designed to hold seven taper candles, each representing one of the seven chakras of the body, this candle holder brings a sense of balance and serenity to the home. Size: approximately 1.6 x 17 x 4.2cm, weighing about 53g. Allow for small variations between batches. ## Traditions (belief, not health claims) Votive comes from the Latin votum, a vow: a votive light was lit as an offering or to keep a promise. Lighting a candle is one of the most widespread rituals, from church votives and Diwali diyas to a simple candle on a home altar. The chakra system comes from Indian tantric and yogic traditions, which describe seven energy centres from the root to the crown, each traditionally given a colour. We share these as cultural traditions and personal beliefs only, never as health claims. ## How to use - Stand it on a stable, heat-proof spot. - Never leave a lit flame unattended, and keep it away from curtains, children and pets. - Use with tealights or the candle size given on the listing. - Gifting idea: pair it with a matching crystal or a holder for a ready-made ritual gift. - Journalling idea: note the date, the moon phase and what you wished for, and look back a month later. - Storage: keep spares somewhere cool and dark so colours and scents stay fresh. ## Care - Remove old wax once cool; a little warm water helps lift it from glass and ceramic. ## Policies - Delivery: UK delivery £3.95, free over £40, 2–5 working days.
