These are beliefs and traditions. In India, hand-rolled masala sticks are made by coating a bamboo core with a paste of resins, herbs, flowers and wood powder, a craft passed down through families in Bangalore and Mysore. We share these as cultural traditions and personal beliefs only, never as health claims. ## How to use - Use a heat-proof burner or ash catcher. - Ventilate the room and never leave it unattended. - Light a single stick at the start of a reading, journalling session or meditation and stop when it burns out: a natural timer of 30–45 minutes. - Try one scent for a week before switching, so you learn to recognise it. - Safety: always use a heat-proof holder on a stable surface, away from curtains, children and pets. - Ventilation: a slightly open window keeps scent pleasant and smoke light. - Gifting idea: pair it with a matching crystal or a holder for a ready-made ritual gift. ## Care - Store sealed in a cool, dry put to keep the fragrance fresh. ## Policies - Delivery: UK delivery £3.95, free over £40, 2–5 working days.
