## Description

Set of 32 Mini Pastel Dreamcatchers on Display is a hanging dreamcatcher: a hoop woven with a web and finished with feathers and beads.

From the maker: Have sweet dreams wherever you go with these mini dreamcatchers in pretty pastel shades. This set of 32 includes four different colour variations and a matching retail display.

Size: approximately 37 x 42 x 8cm, weighing about 1500g. Allow for small variations between batches.

## Traditions (belief, not health claims)

The dreamcatcher spread far beyond its origins in the 1960s and 70s; many people now hang one as a reminder of restful nights, and learning the Ojibwe story is a respectful set to start. Dreamcatchers come from the Ojibwe (Anishinaabe) people, who hung a small woven hoop, the asabikeshiinh or 'spider', over a baby's cradle. In the traditional story, good dreams slip through the web and bad dreams are caught until morning light. Traditional meanings are offered for interest and reflection, not as a health claim.

## How to use

- Hang it above a bed, in a window or anywhere it can move lightly in the air.
- Keep it away from candles and heat sources: feathers and thread are flammable.
- Mini dreamcatchers suit car mirrors, bags and party favours.
- Care idea: dust regularly and keep it away from direct heat and damp.
- Display idea: odd numbers of objects (one, three or five) look most natural on a shelf.
- Storage idea: a box or chest keeps cards, crystals and keepsakes together and dust-free.

## Care

- Dust gently with a hairdryer on a cool setting or a smooth brush; do not wash.
