## Description

Set of 3 Blue Moon Votive Candle Holders is a decorative holder for candles, made to throw a warm glow around a room or altar.

Blue is associated with calm, the sea and the throat chakra, and with peace and honest speech in candle magic. Styling: blue tones suit coastal, Scandinavian and white-washed rooms, and look calm beside green plants.

It is made from glass; dust gently and keep it where it can't be knocked.

From the maker: This set of three glass votive candle holders features moon-themed designs that are perfect for adding a touch of celestial beauty to any altar, shelf or table setting. Ideal for tealights or small votive candles, they make a thoughtful gift or a beautiful accent for moon rituals and meditative spaces.

Size: approximately 7 x 9.5 x 7cm, weighing about 295g. Allow for small variations between batches.

## Traditions (belief, not health claims)

Lighting a candle is one of the most widespread rituals, from church votives and Diwali diyas to a simple candle on a home altar. Votive comes from the Latin votum, a vow: a votive light was lit as an offering or to keep a promise. We share these as cultural traditions and personal beliefs only, never as health claims.

## How to use

- Never leave a lit flame unattended, and keep it away from curtains, children and pets.
- Use with tealights or the candle size given on the listing.
- Stand it on a stable, heat-proof base.
- Journalling idea: note the date, the moon phase and what you wished for, and look back a month later.
- Storage: keep spares somewhere cool and dark so colours and scents stay fresh.
- Ritual idea: write your intention on a slip of paper, read it aloud, then light the candle or incense.

## Care

- Remove old wax once cool; a little warm water helps lift it from glass and ceramic.
