Small enough to carry in a pocket, purse or keepsake box, these tokens make meaningful little gifts for birthdays, encouragement or spontaneous acts of kindness.

## Traditions (belief, not health claims)

Fairies run deep in British and Irish folklore: the 'good folk' were said to dance in fairy rings, live under hills and reward those who left out milk or bread for them. The winged, delicate fairy came later, popularised by Victorian painters, Peter Pan and the Cottingley photographs of 1917. These are traditions and beliefs, described for interest, not health or medical claims.
