## Description

Set of 2 Gothic Rose Book Shaped Storage Boxes is a handcrafted keepsake box for keeping rituals, readings and reflections in one set.

Rose has been the scent of love since antiquity; in Sufi and Christian devotion it is linked with the divine and with the Virgin Mary. The fragrance is soft, floral and sweet.

The gothic rose draws on cathedral rose windows and the Victorian language of flowers, where a dark rose meant farewell or deep love.

From the maker: Hide jewellery, letters and small keepsakes in plain sight with this set of two gothic rose book shaped MDF storage boxes. Styled like decorative volumes, they slip neatly onto bookshelves or desks and make a clever gift for readers, collectors and anyone with a flair for dark romantic interiors.

Size: approximately 21 x 16 x 5cm, weighing about 670g. Allow for small variations between batches.

## Traditions (belief, not health claims)

Many tarot readers keep a journal of daily draws to see how their reading of each card grows. Keeping a book of rituals, sometimes called a grimoire or book of shadows, is a long tradition in witchcraft and folk magic. Traditional meanings are offered for interest and reflection, not as a health claim.
