## Description

Remember an Angel Vanilla & Coconut Candle is a ritual candle made to be lit with an intention in mind. Many spell candles include crystal chips, herbs or a printed theme.

Coconut is a sacred offering in Hindu worship, broken at temple gates and at the start of new ventures. The fragrance is creamy, sweet and tropical.

Angels as winged messengers appear in Jewish, Christian and Islamic tradition and are a popular symbol of guardianship.

From the maker: Light a gentle glow with this vanilla and coconut scented candle, presented in a frosted glass holder with a metallic gold angel design and the words, ‘For the angel who watches over me’.With an approximate burn time of 35 hours, it makes a heartfelt gift or a comforting addition to the home.

Size: approximately 9 x 8 x 8cm, weighing about 465g. Allow for small variations between batches.

## Traditions (belief, not health claims)

Candle magic is one of the simplest folk-magic practices: a candle is chosen by colour or theme, an intention is set, and the candle is lit and left to burn safely. Colour associations are traditional and vary between practices; for example green with abundance, pink with love, white with new beginnings and black with protection. These are traditions and beliefs, described for interest, not health or medical claims.

## How to use

- Rest it on a heat-proof plate or holder on a stable surface.
- Trim the wick to around 5mm before lighting.
- Burn it away from draughts, curtains, children and pets, and never leave it unattended.
- If it contains crystal chips, retrieve them from the wax once cool.
- Ritual idea: write your intention on a slip of paper, read it aloud, then light the candle or incense.
- Moon idea: the new moon is the traditional time for beginnings and the full moon for gratitude and release.
- Evening idea: light it as you switch off screens for the night, a simple cue to wind down.

## Care

- Store candles flat, somewhere cool and out of sunlight so the colour doesn't fade.
