Ravens are messengers in Norse myth (Huginn and Muninn, 'thought' and 'memory') and guardians at the Tower of London. A raven-themed candle suits rituals of reflection and remembering. Ravens are Odin's messengers Huginn and Muninn, 'thought' and 'memory', in Norse myth, and legend says the kingdom will fall if the ravens leave the Tower of London. It is cast in resin and hand-painted, which keeps it light and allows fine detail; display it indoors. From the maker: This resin trinket dish shaped like outstretched raven wings is perfect for storing jewellery or keepsakes with a dramatic flair. A stunning addition to gothic interiors or a meaningful gift for those who admire the mysterious raven. Size: approximately 5 x 11 x 11cm, weighing about 220g. Allow for small variations between batches. ## Traditions (belief, not health claims) On an altar, a small dish holds offerings, crystal chips, salt or a written intention. Little dishes on a dressing table are an old domestic habit: Victorian ring trees and pin trays kept treasures safe overnight. We share these as cultural traditions and personal beliefs only, never as health claims. ## How to use - For a ravens' remedy ritual: a raven-themed candle suits rituals of reflection and remembering. - Use it on an altar for crystal chips or a tealight (ceramic dishes only). - Keep it by the bed or sink for rings and earrings. - Care idea: dust regularly and keep it away from direct heat and damp. - Display idea: odd numbers of objects (one, three or five) look most natural on a shelf. - Storage idea: a box or chest keeps cards, crystals and keepsakes together and dust-free. ## Care - Wipe clean with a damp cloth; hand wash only. ## Policies - Delivery: UK delivery £3.95, free over £40, 2–5 working days.
