## Description

Premium Brass Tibetan Tingsha - Seven Chakra - approx 7cm (255gm) is a pair of small cymbals joined by a leather cord. Struck edge to edge, they give a bright, long-ringing chime.

The seven-chakra design maps the energy centres of yogic tradition from root to crown, each with its own colour.

At around 7cm this is the mid-sized option: big enough to notice on a shelf, small enough for a desk or windowsill. Mid sizes are the most versatile: they hold a bracelet or a handful of tumbles, or sit happily on a bedside table.

From the maker: These Premium Brass Tibetan Tingsha Bells feature detailed Seven Chakra symbols and produce a clear, uplifting tone designed to support meditation, mindfulness, yoga, and energy-balancing practices. Crafted from solid brass, they have a satisfying weight in the hand and a rich resonant sound that lingers beautifully after each strike.

This is one of 3 options in the Premium Brass Tibetan Tingsha range; nearby choices include Lucky Symbols - approx 6cm (155gm), Plain Traditional - approx 7.5cm (345gm).

Size: approximately 7cm, weighing about 255g. Allow for small variations between batches.

## Traditions (belief, not health claims)

Tingsha are used in Tibetan Buddhist practice, in long-standing practice rung during ritual offerings and to mark the start or end of meditation. The chakra system comes from Indian tantric and yogic traditions, which describe seven energy centres from the root to the crown, each traditionally given a colour. Traditional meanings are offered for interest and reflection, not as a health claim.

## How to use

- Hold the cord so the cymbals hang freely, then tap their edges together.
- Let them ring out without touching the metal.
- Gifting idea: a ready-to-play set is a thoughtful present for a yoga teacher or a friend starting meditation.
- Display idea: between sessions, a bowl on its cushion makes a striking shelf or altar piece.
- Session idea: strike once at the start of a meditation and let the tone fade completely before you begin.

## Care

- Wipe the metal with a dry cloth.
