Bats are the night-flyers of Halloween imagery and, in Chinese tradition, a symbol of good fortune, because the word for bat sounds like the word for luck. It is made from glazed ceramic, so wipe it clean rather than scrubbing and handle it with care. From the maker: Keep treasured trinkets, rings and small accessories safely stored in this adorable Batbrew cauldron trinket dish. Featuring cute bat wings and a smiling pastel cauldron design, it adds a playful decorative accent to dressing tables, desks and bedside cabinets. Size: approximately 1.5 x 14 x 9cm, weighing about 90g. Allow for small variations between batches. ## Traditions (belief, not health claims) Little dishes on a dressing table are an old domestic habit: Victorian ring trees and pin trays kept treasures safe overnight. On an altar, a small dish holds offerings, crystal chips, salt or a written intention. We share these as cultural traditions and personal beliefs only, never as health claims. ## How to use - Keep it by the bed or sink for rings and earrings. - Use it on an altar for crystal chips or a tealight (ceramic dishes only). - Home idea: a well-chosen object by the door or on a mantelpiece sets the tone of a room. - Gifting idea: a practical, beautiful item suits housewarmings and new-job presents. - Ritual idea: give the item a regular moment in your day, such as morning coffee or evening journalling. ## Care - Wipe clean with a damp cloth; hand wash only. ## Policies - Delivery: UK delivery £3.95, free over £40, 2–5 working days.
