## Traditions (belief, not health claims)

Pocket tokens and charms are an old folk custom: a lucky coin, a smooth stone or a small symbol carried as a reminder of a wish. Runes are the letters of the old Germanic alphabets; each rune also carries a traditional meaning, which is why rune stones are used for reflection and divination. Roman soldiers are said to have carried tiger's eye for courage, and it remains associated with confidence and focus. We share these as cultural traditions and personal beliefs only, never as health claims.
