Ravens are messengers in Norse myth (Huginn and Muninn, 'thought' and 'memory') and guardians at the Tower of London. A raven-themed candle suits rituals of reflection and remembering. Ravens are Odin's messengers Huginn and Muninn, 'thought' and 'memory', in Norse myth, and legend says the kingdom will fall if the ravens leave the Tower of London. It is made from glazed ceramic, so wipe it clean rather than scrubbing and handle it with care. From the maker: Keep your small treasures safe on this enchanting trinket dish, featuring intricate raven and moon details in bold black and white. A stylish accessory for gothic-themed bedrooms, dressing tables, or as a unique gift. Size: approximately 4.5 x 10 x 10cm, weighing about 105g. Allow for small variations between batches. ## Traditions (belief, not health claims) Little dishes on a dressing table are an old domestic habit: Victorian ring trees and pin trays kept treasures safe overnight. On an altar, a small dish holds offerings, crystal chips, salt or a written intention. We share these as cultural traditions and personal beliefs only, never as health claims. ## How to use - For a ravens' remedy ritual: a raven-themed candle suits rituals of reflection and remembering. - Keep it by the bed or sink for rings and earrings. - Use it on an altar for crystal chips or a tealight (ceramic dishes only). - Home idea: a well-chosen object by the door or on a mantelpiece sets the tone of a room. - Gifting idea: a practical, beautiful item suits housewarmings and new-job presents. - Ritual idea: give the item a regular moment in your day, such as morning coffee or evening journalling. ## Care - Wipe clean with a damp cloth; hand wash only. ## Policies - Delivery: UK delivery £3.95, free over £40, 2–5 working days.
