## Description

Mystic Circus Vanilla Sugar Candle is a ritual candle made to be lit with an intention in mind. Many spell candles include crystal chips, herbs or a printed theme.

Vanilla is a cosy, comforting scent associated in folk magic with love and warmth. The fragrance is sweet and creamy.

From the maker: Step right up and add a sweet twist to your space with this Vanilla Sugar scented candle, featuring a “Welcome to the Circus” label and fun harlequin design. Approximately 28-hour burn time.

Size: approximately 8 x 7.5 x 7.5cm, weighing about 360g. Allow for small variations between batches.

## Traditions (belief, not health claims)

Many practitioners time a candle to the moon, lighting it at the new moon for beginnings or the full moon for gratitude. Candle magic is one of the simplest folk-magic practices: a candle is chosen by colour or theme, an intention is set, and the candle is lit and left to burn safely. Traditional meanings are offered for interest and reflection, not as a health claim.

## How to use

- Trim the wick to around 5mm before lighting.
- Burn it away from draughts, curtains, children and pets, and never leave it unattended.
- If it contains crystal chips, retrieve them from the wax once cool.
- Place it on a heat-proof plate or holder on a stable surface.
- Storage: keep spares somewhere cool and dark so colours and scents stay fresh.
- Ritual idea: write your intention on a slip of paper, read it aloud, then light the candle or incense.
- Moon idea: the new moon is the traditional time for beginnings and the full moon for gratitude and release.

## Care

- Store candles flat, somewhere cool and out of sunlight so the colour doesn't fade.
