From the maker: Unwind and slow things down with MeltEaze Amethyst Dream Wax Melts. Featuring calming purple tones and a soothing lavender fragrance, this blend is inspired by Amethyst, often linked with relaxation, intuition, and a sense of spiritual calm. Melt Eaze Crystal Wax Melts. One oil burner. ## Traditions (belief, not health claims) In modern home ritual, a favourite scent marks a change of mood, such as lighting the burner when work ends for the day. Scenting a room with warmed oils has ancient roots: Egyptian, Greek and Roman homes burned perfumed oils in clay lamps. Its name comes from the Greek amethystos, 'not intoxicated', and in older European tradition it was carried as a stone of sobriety and calm thinking. Today it is one of the most popular stones for a quiet corner or meditation shelf. We share these as cultural traditions and personal beliefs only, never as health claims. ## How to use - Light a tealight underneath and never let the dish run dry. - Stand it on a heat-proof surface; the dish gets hot. - Never leave a lit flame unattended, and keep it away from curtains, children and pets. - Fill the dish with water, then add a few drops of oil, or drop one wax melt in the dish without water. - Storage: keep spares somewhere cool and dark so colours and scents stay fresh. - Ritual idea: write your intention on a slip of paper, read it aloud, then light the candle or incense. - Moon idea: the new moon is the traditional time for beginnings and the full moon for gratitude and release. ## Care - Let it cool fully before cleaning. For wax, freeze the dish for ten minutes and the wax pops out. ## Policies - Delivery: UK delivery £3.95, free over £40, 2–5 working days.
