Size: approximately 6x11.5cm. Allow for small variations between batches.

## Traditions (belief, not health claims)

Tingsha are used in Tibetan Buddhist practice, customarily rung during ritual offerings and to mark the start or end of meditation. Many sound practitioners ring tingsha to open or close a session, letting the tone fade completely before speaking. Traditional meanings are offered for interest and reflection, not as a health claim.

## How to use

- Hold the cord so the cymbals hang freely, then tap their edges together.
- Let them ring out without touching the metal.
- Group idea: in sound baths, players space bowls of different sizes around the room for layered tones.
- Practice tip: record yourself playing on your phone; it is the quickest way to hear whether your pressure is steady.
- Neighbour tip: rim playing is quieter than striking if you live in a flat.

## Care

- Wipe the metal with a dry cloth.
