## Traditions (belief, not health claims)

Grouping stones around one theme is a modern crystal practice; each stone carries traditional associations, and together they act as a reminder of an intention. Many sets follow the seven chakras of yogic tradition, from red at the root to violet at the crown. These are beliefs and symbolism, not health treatments. These are traditions and beliefs, described for interest, not health or medical claims.

## How to use

- Lay the stones out together on a cloth or in a small grid around a written intention.
- Carry one stone from the set in a pocket or pouch as a daily reminder.
- Wear any bracelets in the set on their own or stacked.
- Journalling idea: note the date you bought it and what drew you to it; collectors enjoy looking back on how a collection grew.
- Shelf idea: group stones by colour, from deep to pale, for a display that reads like a gradient.
- Meditation idea: rest it in an open palm and use its weight and temperature as a point of focus for five slow breaths.

## Care

- Keep the stones together in their pouch or box so none go missing.
