Many spell candles include crystal chips, herbs or a printed theme. The Crown chakra, Sahasrara in Sanskrit, sits at the top of the head in yogic tradition and is associated with spiritual connection and stillness. Its traditional colour is violet or white, its element is thought or consciousness and its seed sound (bija mantra) is silence (sometimes OM). Ravens are Odin's messengers Huginn and Muninn, 'thought' and 'memory', in Norse myth, and legend says the kingdom will fall if the ravens leave the Tower of London. Purple has been the colour of royalty and the spiritual since Tyrian dye cost more than gold; in candle and chakra tradition it is linked with the crown. Styling: purple sits well against grey, cream and brass, and looks rich in a dim, lamp-lit corner. From the maker: Manifest Magic Candle as a potent tool, igniting desires and elevating spiritual journeys. These candles, beautifully crafted and infused with intention, enhance meditation, spiritual practices, or create a serene, transformative ambiance. Also in this range (10 in total): Yellow - Solar Plexus Chakra, Black, Blue - Throat Chakra. Magic Candles for Manifestation. 12 candles in one pack. ## Traditions (belief, not health claims) Candle magic is one of the simplest folk-magic practices: a candle is chosen by colour or theme, an intention is set, and the candle is lit and left to burn safely. The chakra system comes from Indian tantric and yogic traditions, which describe seven energy centres from the root to the crown, each traditionally given a colour. These are traditions and beliefs, described for interest, not health or medical claims. ## How to use - To work with the Crown Chakra, many practitioners play or place it while focusing on the top of the head. - Stand it on a heat-proof plate or holder on a stable base. - Trim the wick to around 5mm before lighting. - Ritual idea: write your intention on a slip of paper, read it aloud, then light the candle or incense. - Moon idea: the new moon is the traditional time for beginnings and the full moon for gratitude and release. - Evening idea: light it as you switch off screens for the night, a simple cue to wind down. ## Care - Store candles flat, somewhere cool and out of sunlight so the colour doesn't fade. ## Policies - Delivery: UK delivery £3.95, free over £40, 2–5 working days.
