Many spell candles include crystal chips, herbs or a printed theme. From the maker: Our Inner Strength candle, a 2022 competition winner, is a pale pink candle scented with white patchouli and finished with Rose Quartz crystal chips, Opalite tumblestones and a few white rose petals. It was created as a reminder of the courage that carries us through life’s obstacles. Candles. One spell candle. ## Traditions (belief, not health claims) Candle magic is one of the simplest folk-magic practices: a candle is chosen by colour or theme, an intention is set, and the candle is lit and left to burn safely. Colour associations are traditional and vary between practices; for example green with abundance, pink with love, white with new beginnings and black with protection. We share these as cultural traditions and personal beliefs only, never as health claims. ## How to use - Burn it away from draughts, curtains, children and pets, and never leave it unattended. - If it contains crystal chips, retrieve them from the wax once cool. - Set it on a heat-proof plate or holder on a stable spot. - Trim the wick to around 5mm before lighting. - Evening idea: light it as you switch off screens for the night, a simple cue to wind down. - Safety: always use a heat-proof holder on a stable surface, away from curtains, children and pets. - Ventilation: a slightly open window keeps scent pleasant and smoke light. ## Care - Store candles flat, somewhere cool and out of sunlight so the colour doesn't fade. ## Policies - Delivery: UK delivery £3.95, free over £40, 2–5 working days.
