Traditional meanings are offered for interest and reflection, not as a health claim. ## How to use - Light the tip, let it flame for a few seconds, then blow it out so it smoulders. - Stand it in a heat-proof holder or ash catcher, in a ventilated room. - Evening idea: light it as you switch off screens for the night, a simple cue to wind down. - Safety: always use a heat-proof holder on a stable surface, away from curtains, children and pets. - Ventilation: a slightly open window keeps scent pleasant and smoke light. ## Care - Keep the tube closed and dry so the sticks keep their scent. ## Policies - Delivery: UK delivery £3.95, free over £40, 2–5 working days.
