Bowls made there have by custom been hand-hammered or cast from metal alloys, and many carry engraved mantras or symbols. We share these as cultural traditions and personal beliefs only, never as health claims. ## How to use - Stand the bowl on a cushion or your flat, open palm. - Tap the outside wall lightly with the mallet to wake the bowl. - Practice tip: record yourself playing on your phone; it is the quickest way to hear whether your pressure is steady. - Neighbour tip: rim playing is quieter than striking if you live in a flat. - Gifting idea: a ready-to-play set is a thoughtful present for a yoga teacher or a friend starting meditation. ## Care - Avoid harsh polish on engraved or coloured finishes. ## Policies - Delivery: UK delivery £3.95, free over £40, 2–5 working days. UK addresses only. - Returns: You can cancel within 14 days of delivery under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations; email hello@starseeduk.co.uk to arrange a return and we refund within 14 days of receiving it back. - Payment: Payment is by debit or credit card (and the wallets Shopify supports) through secure Shopify checkout. ## Other versions - [Hand Beaten & Engraved Singing Bowl Gift Set - 14cm - Flower of Life](https://www.starseeduk.co.uk/products/hand-beaten-engraved-singing-bowl-gift-set-14cm-flower-of-life957): £60.00 - [Hand Beaten & Engraved Singing Bowl Gift Set - 14cm - Green Tara](https://www.starseeduk.co.uk/products/hand-beaten-engraved-singing-bowl-gift-set-14cm-green-tara984): £60.00 - [Hand Beaten & Engraved Singing Bowl Gift Set - 14cm - Lotus Flower](https://www.starseeduk.co.uk/products/hand-beaten-engraved-singing-bowl-gift-set-14cm-lotus-flower964): £60.00 - [Hand Beaten & Engraved Singing Bowl Gift Set - 14cm - Round Medallions](https://www.starseeduk.co.uk/products/hand-beaten-engraved-singing-bowl-gift-set-14cm-round-medallions936): £60.00 - [Hand Beaten & Engraved Singing Bowl Gift Set - 14cm - Yogi](https://www.starseeduk.co.uk/products/hand-beaten-engraved-singing-bowl-gift-set-14cm-yogi986): £60.00 ## Questions and answers (14) ### What is the Hand Beaten & Engraved Singing Bowl Gift Set - 14cm - Teachings Buddha used for?
