A standard tarot deck has 78 cards: 22 major arcana and 56 minor arcana in four suits. The Earth Mother is one of the oldest religious images, from the Venus of Willendorf to Gaia. Goddess figures draw on some of the oldest religious images, from the Venus of Willendorf to the Greek Gaia, and modern paganism honours the goddess through the phases of the moon. From the maker: The Goddess Arcana Tarot reimagines the traditional tarot archetypes through luminous goddess imagery and celestial artwork. Each of its 78 cards celebrates the sacred feminine, making it a beautiful deck for readers drawn to goddess traditions. Tarot & Oracle. Card deck and guidebook. ## Traditions (belief, not health claims) Today many readers use tarot for reflection: the imagery acts as a prompt to think through a question rather than a prediction. Tarot began as a 15th-century Italian card game; it was adopted for divination in 18th-century France and shaped by the Golden Dawn in Victorian London. Traditional meanings are offered for interest and reflection, not as a health claim. ## How to use - Start with a one-card daily draw or a three-card past–present–future spread. - Journal what each card brings to mind; meaning grows with practice. - Shuffle while holding a question in mind. - Care idea: shuffle on a cloth to protect card edges. - Spread idea: a three-card spread (situation, challenge, advice) is a gentle place to start. - Journalling idea: keep a reading journal and revisit it at the next new moon. ## Care - Keep cards in their box or a cloth wrap away from damp. ## Policies - Delivery: UK delivery £3.95, free over £40, 2–5 working days.
