A sphere shows off the colour and inner pattern of a stone from every angle. The seven-chakra design maps the energy centres of yogic tradition from root to crown, each with its own colour. At around 5.5cm this is the small, palm-sized option: easy to tuck into a pocket, a pouch or a bedside drawer. Small pieces suit rings and earrings, a single tumble stone, travel kits and tight altar spaces. From the maker: This ball combines various gemstones, each corresponding to one of the seven chakras. This is one of 5 options in the Gemstone Faceted Healing Ball & Stand range; nearby choices include Tigereye, Amethyst, Rock Quartz. Size: approximately 5.5cm. Allow for small variations between batches. ## Traditions (belief, not health claims) In modern crystal practice a sphere is said to radiate energy evenly in all directions, which is why spheres are frequently placed at the centre of a room or altar. The chakra system comes from Indian tantric and yogic traditions, which describe seven energy centres from the root to the crown, each traditionally given a colour. We share these as cultural traditions and personal beliefs only, never as health claims. ## How to use - Display it on its stand away from the edge of a shelf. - Try a few minutes of quiet gazing, letting your thoughts settle. - Bathroom caution: keep softer or water-sensitive stones out of steamy rooms. - Children: small stones and points are not toys for under-threes, as they are a choking hazard. - Photography tip: natural daylight on an overcast day shows a stone's true colour best. ## Care - Handle with dry hands and set it down on a soft surface. ## Policies - Delivery: UK delivery £3.95, free over £40, 2–5 working days.
