## Description

For the Angel Who Watches Over Me Tealight Holder is a decorative holder for tealights, made to throw a warm glow around a room or altar.

Angels as winged messengers appear in Jewish, Christian and Islamic tradition and are a popular symbol of guardianship.

It is made from glazed ceramic, so wipe it clean rather than scrubbing and handle it with care.

From the maker: Create a warm glow with this off-white tealight holder, complete with a metallic gold angel and the heartfelt words, ‘For the angel who watches over me’.Its sweet handled design makes it a beautiful addition to angel-themed displays, peaceful interiors and meaningful gift collections.

Size: approximately 3.5 x 7.5 x 5.5cm, weighing about 80g. Allow for small variations between batches.

## Traditions (belief, not health claims)

Votive comes from the Latin votum, a vow: a votive light was lit as an offering or to keep a promise. Lighting a candle is one of the most widespread rituals, from church votives and Diwali diyas to a simple candle on a home altar. Traditional meanings are offered for interest and reflection, not as a health claim.

## How to use

- Never leave a lit flame unattended, and keep it away from curtains, children and pets.
- Use with tealights or the candle size given on the listing.
- Stand it on a stable, heat-proof surface.
- Storage: keep spares somewhere cool and dark so colours and scents stay fresh.
- Ritual idea: write your intention on a slip of paper, read it aloud, then light the candle or incense.
- Moon idea: the new moon is the traditional time for beginnings and the full moon for gratitude and release.

## Care

- Remove old wax once cool; a little warm water helps lift it from glass and ceramic.
