Lit and lightly extinguished, it smoulders and releases aromatic smoke. From the maker: The inclusion of an abalone shell for safely holding embers and a convenient drawstring bag completes this set, providing a complete toolkit for anyone seeking balance and tranquility in their spiritual journey. In many spiritual traditions, pieces like this are used as a focus for meditation, reflection and setting intentions. Size: approximately 21.6 x 16.3 x 4.3cm, weighing about 385g. Allow for small variations between batches. ## Traditions (belief, not health claims) Burning bundles of sacred herbs is rooted in the ceremonies of Indigenous peoples of the Americas; we encourage learning those origins respectfully. In contemporary crystal work smudging is used to clear a space, frequently when moving into a new home or after a difficult day. Rue (ruda) has its own long folk tradition in Latin America and the Mediterranean as a protective herb. We share these as cultural traditions and personal beliefs only, never as health claims. ## How to use - Walk the smoke around the space and open a window. - Extinguish fully by pressing into sand or a dish; never leave it smouldering. - Light the tip, let it catch for a few seconds, then blow out the flame. - Hold a heat-proof dish or abalone shell underneath to catch embers. - Evening idea: light it as you switch off screens for the night, a simple cue to wind down. - Safety: always use a heat-proof holder on a stable surface, away from curtains, children and pets. - Ventilation: a slightly open window keeps scent pleasant and smoke light. ## Care - Keep it dry and in its wrapper until use. ## Policies - Delivery: UK delivery £3.95, free over £40, 2–5 working days. UK addresses only. - Returns: You can cancel within 14 days of delivery under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations; email hello@starseeduk.co.uk to arrange a return and we refund within 14 days of receiving it back. - Payment: Payment is by debit or credit card (and the wallets Shopify supports) through secure Shopify checkout. ## Questions and answers (19) ### What is the Divine Energy Smudge and Stone Wellness Kit used for?
