The chakra system comes from Indian tantric and yogic traditions, which describe seven energy centres from the root to the crown, each traditionally given a colour. These are traditions and beliefs, described for interest, not health or medical claims. ## How to use - To work with the Crown Chakra, many practitioners play or place it while focusing on the top of the head. - Rest the bowl on a cushion or your flat, open palm. - Tap the outside wall with care with the mallet to wake the bowl. - Session idea: strike once at the start of a meditation and let the tone fade completely before you begin. - Yoga idea: teachers often sound a bowl or bells to open savasana or to mark the close of class. - Home idea: a short sound practice after work is a simple way to mark the switch from work to rest. ## Care - Wipe with a gentle, dry cloth after use; skin oils can mark the metal. ## Policies - Delivery: UK delivery £3.95, free over £40, 2–5 working days.
