## Traditions (belief, not health claims)

Keeping a crystal near drinking water is a modern ritual of intention; many people simply enjoy seeing the stone each time they take a sip. This is a belief and an everyday ritual, not a health claim. The chakra system comes from Indian tantric and yogic traditions, which describe seven energy centres from the root to the crown, each traditionally given a colour. We share these as cultural traditions and personal beliefs only, never as health claims.
