From the maker: The set includes seven chakra candles, each corresponding to one of the seven chakras. It also features a beautiful wooden candle holder and seven gemstones, each aligned with a specific chakra. Size: approximately 19.5 x 22 x 2.2cm, weighing about 250g. Allow for small variations between batches. ## Traditions (belief, not health claims) Many sets follow the seven chakras of yogic tradition, from red at the root to violet at the crown. These are beliefs and symbolism, not health treatments. Grouping stones around one theme is a modern crystal practice; each stone carries traditional associations, and together they act as a reminder of an intention. The chakra system comes from Indian tantric and yogic traditions, which describe seven energy centres from the root to the crown, each traditionally given a colour. Traditional meanings are offered for interest and reflection, not as a health claim. ## How to use - Lay the stones out together on a cloth or in a small grid around a written intention. - Carry one stone from the set in a pocket or pouch as a daily reminder. - Wear any bracelets in the set on their own or stacked. - Grid idea: crystal grids arrange stones in a pattern such as a circle or the Flower of Life around a central piece and a written intention. - Moon idea: many collectors set their stones out on the night of the full moon and bring them back in the next morning. - Gifting idea: wrap it in a small cloth pouch with a handwritten note about the stone's traditional meaning. ## Care - Keep the stones together in their pouch or box so none go missing. ## Policies - Delivery: UK delivery £3.95, free over £40, 2–5 working days. UK addresses only. - Returns: You can cancel within 14 days of delivery under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations; email hello@starseeduk.co.uk to arrange a return and we refund within 14 days of receiving it back. - Payment: Payment is by debit or credit card (and the wallets Shopify supports) through secure Shopify checkout. ## Questions and answers (17) ### What is the Chakra Energy Candle and Crystal Gift Set used for?
