## Traditions (belief, not health claims)

The moon was humanity's first calendar: its 29.5-day cycle from new to full and back shaped festivals, farming and folklore around the world. In modern ritual practice the new moon is for setting intentions and the full moon for gratitude and release. Our Moon Room shows tonight's phase. These are traditions and beliefs, described for interest, not health or medical claims.

## How to use

- Use it on a moon altar or bedside table.
- Mark each new and full moon by giving the piece a moment of attention.
- Home idea: a well-chosen object by the door or on a mantelpiece sets the tone of a room.
- Gifting idea: a practical, beautiful item suits housewarmings and new-job presents.
- Ritual idea: give the item a regular moment in your day, such as morning coffee or evening journalling.

## Care

- Dust with a smooth cloth.
