The seven-chakra design maps the energy centres of yogic tradition from root to crown, each with its own colour. From the maker: This chakra tumble stone set brings together seven natural polished crystals, one for each of the seven main chakras in the traditional Indian chakra system. It is a lovely starter set for anyone new to crystals and a colourful addition to an established collection. Size: approximately 7cm. Allow for small variations between batches. ## Traditions (belief, not health claims) Grouping stones around one theme is a modern crystal practice; each stone carries traditional associations, and together they act as a reminder of an intention. Many sets follow the seven chakras of yogic tradition, from red at the root to violet at the crown. These are beliefs and symbolism, not health treatments. The chakra system comes from Indian tantric and yogic traditions, which describe seven energy centres from the root to the crown, each traditionally given a colour. These are traditions and beliefs, described for interest, not health or medical claims. ## How to use - Lay the stones out together on a cloth or in a small grid around a written intention. - Carry one stone from the set in a pocket or pouch as a daily reminder. - Wear any bracelets in the set on their own or stacked. - Placement idea: a windowsill that catches the morning light (but not harsh midday sun) shows off colour and inclusions beautifully. - Desk idea: keep it beside your keyboard as a cue to pause, breathe and look away from the screen for a moment. - Bedside idea: some people hold a stone for a minute before sleep and set one small intention for the next day. ## Care - Keep the stones together in their pouch or box so none go missing. ## Policies - Delivery: UK delivery £3.95, free over £40, 2–5 working days. UK addresses only. - Returns: You can cancel within 14 days of delivery under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations; email hello@starseeduk.co.uk to arrange a return and we refund within 14 days of receiving it back. - Payment: Payment is by debit or credit card (and the wallets Shopify supports) through secure Shopify checkout. ## Questions and answers (17) ### What is the 7 Chakra Crystal Kit – Tumble Stone Set used for?
