## Description

46cm The Caretaker Fairy Figurine by Amy Brown is a fairy figurine, about 46 x 23 x 18cm, full of folklore charm.

Fairies, the 'good folk' of British and Irish folklore, were said to dance in fairy rings and reward kindness.

Amy Brown is an American fantasy artist known since the 1990s for her mischievous, gothic-tinged fairies.

It is cast in resin and hand-painted, which keeps it light and allows fine detail; display it indoors.

From the maker: Intricately sculpted and cast in resin, this green fairy stands in protection of all the forest's creatures, making it a perfect display piece for lovers of animals and fantastical realms. Officially licensed Amy Brown product.

Size: approximately 46 x 23 x 18cm, weighing about 1885g. Allow for small variations between batches.

## Traditions (belief, not health claims)

The winged, delicate fairy came later, popularised by Victorian painters, Peter Pan and the Cottingley photographs of 1917. Fairies run deep in British and Irish folklore: the 'good folk' were said to dance in fairy rings, live under hills and reward those who left out milk or bread for them. We share these as cultural traditions and personal beliefs only, never as health claims.

## How to use

- Create a small fairy corner with moss, crystals and a tealight in a holder.
- Display on a bookshelf, windowsill or plant pot.
- Care idea: dust regularly and keep it away from direct heat and damp.
- Display idea: odd numbers of objects (one, three or five) look most natural on a shelf.
- Storage idea: a box or chest keeps cards, crystals and keepsakes together and dust-free.
