## Description

32 Gothic Soy Wax Snap Discs are scented wax melts: small pieces of fragranced wax that release their scent when warmed in a burner, with no wick.

From the maker: This display of 32 Gothic wax melt tins from Elements Home Fragrance includes 8 bewitching fragrances in easy-to-use disc form. Each 25g disc is divided into 4 sections for up to 45 hours of long-lasting fragrance per tin.

Size: approximately 23.5 x 25 x 12.5cm, weighing about 25g. Allow for small variations between batches.

## Traditions (belief, not health claims)

Scenting a room with warmed oils has ancient roots: Egyptian, Greek and Roman homes burned perfumed oils in clay lamps. In modern home ritual, a favourite scent marks a change of mood, such as lighting the burner when work ends for the day. We share these as cultural traditions and personal beliefs only, never as health claims.

## How to use

- Fill the dish with water, then add a few drops of oil, or drop one wax melt in the dish without water.
- Light a tealight underneath and never let the dish run dry.
- Stand it on a heat-proof surface; the dish gets hot.
- Never leave a lit flame unattended, and keep it away from curtains, children and pets.
- Ventilation: a slightly open window keeps scent pleasant and smoke light.
- Gifting idea: pair it with a matching crystal or a holder for a ready-made ritual gift.
- Journalling idea: note the date, the moon phase and what you wished for, and look back a month later.

## Care

- Let it cool fully before cleaning. For wax, freeze the dish for ten minutes and the wax pops out.
